About this message

The Spirit falls and an ordinary gathering becomes a community that burns bright with the life of God.

When the Spirit fell at Pentecost, it didn't make the disciples more impressive — it made them more themselves, fully alive to the purpose they were made for. In this third message through Acts we sit with Peter's quotation of Joel and ask what it means for the Spirit to be poured out on all flesh.

The early church didn't burn bright because it was strategic. It burned bright because it was filled — and being filled always precedes being sent.

In this message
